Blanket Usage Instructions:
Time setting range is 1-60 minutes, and temperature can be adjusted according to personal body needs! Use 30 minutes after meals. Taking a warm bath before use helps open the pores. Drink warm water before and after use to promote metabolism. Dry your body with a towel after use, and do not take a bath immediately. If a bath is necessary, wait at least 3 hours after use.
Main Controller Instructions:
4. Press the power switch on the back of the main controller to start the generator. (Note: The outer side of the blanket will get hot; do not place anything on it.)
5. Wait for the sauna blanket to preheat for 10 minutes.
6. Use the up and down arrows to adjust the time and temperature as needed. To switch from adjusting time to adjusting temperature, press the button with the tool icon.
7. Output 1 controls the temperature of the front of the body (the blanket touching your body). Output 2 controls the temperature of the back, i.e., the cushion where you lie.
8. To start or pause heating the sauna blanket, press the S/P button. When both red lights are on, the heating pad starts heating and turns on.
9. The temperature can be adjusted at any time using the remote control.
10. If the generator emits a continuous beeping sound, it indicates an alarm, possibly due to incorrect settings.
